Hopkins is proud to alter the landscape of Monkland Village by introducing an urban fine dining restaurant.

Monkland Village has rapidly evolved into one of Montreal’s premier restaurant destinations. Only a few kilometres west of Montreal’s downtown core, the neighbourhood mixes a family-friendly suburban atmosphere with the diversity and liveliness of Downtown Montreal. Now Hopkins has carved its place alongside esteemed predecessors anchored on the street, a diverse mix of restaurants, and other newcomers to the scene.

Founded by partners Chef Liam Hopkins and culinary stylist Nicolina Servello, the namesake restaurant puts a modern-day twist on traditional French cuisine. With an aim to create a sophisticated and elegantly designed restaurant offering seasonal market cuisine, NDG born-and-raised restaurateurs are excited to bring their unique flavours to Monkland Village.
